The Relyon Prescott is one of those mattresses that offers far more than its price tag might suggest. If you're looking for the comfort of a pillow top, the support of a pocket sprung mattress and the reassurance of buying from one of Britain's most respected bed manufacturers, the Prescott is well worth considering.

Handcrafted in Somerset, the Prescott features 1,000 individually pocketed springs that respond independently to your body's shape, helping to provide supportive, comfortable sleep while reducing partner disturbance. A generous pillow top adds an extra layer of cushioning, making this an excellent choice if you enjoy a softer, more luxurious sleeping surface without losing the support beneath.

Inside the mattress you'll find a blend of natural wool and silk, along with deep comfort layers of cotton and soft white fibres. These carefully selected fillings work together to create a naturally breathable mattress that's comfortable throughout the year.

As with many Relyon mattresses, it's the craftsmanship that really stands out. Traditional hand tufting keeps the fillings securely in place, while three rows of genuine hand side stitching provide a stronger mattress edge for improved durability. The no-turn design also makes the Prescott easy to care for, requiring only regular rotation to keep it performing at its best.

We visited the Relyon factory in Somerset in 2024 and saw first-hand the care and skill that goes into every mattress they produce. The Prescott is a great example of the quality and value that have made Relyon one of Britain's most respected bed manufacturers.
