Handmade in Lancashire, the Sandringham features an impressive 3,000 UK-produced pocket springs that respond independently to your body's shape, providing excellent support while reducing partner disturbance. Layers of bonded cotton, hypoallergenic recycled and recyclable white fibres, luxurious cashmere, wool, silk and pure new English lambswool combine to create a naturally breathable mattress that's wonderfully comfortable throughout the seasons.

3,000 UK-produced pocket springs
The Sandringham contains 3,000 individually pocketed springs, with a choice of medium or firm tension. The pocket springs respond independently across the sleeping surface.

Cashmere, wool and silk
The upholstery includes layers of cashmere, wool and silk, giving the mattress a generous natural-fibre comfort layer.

English lambs wool
The mattress is finished with pure new English lambs wool, adding natural softness and cushioning to the upholstery layers.

Cotton and hypoallergenic recycled fibres
Deep layers of blended cotton and hypoallergenic recycled fibres are used within the mattress construction, adding further cushioning.

Natural hessian spring insulator
A layer of natural hessian is used as an insulator above the pocket spring unit, forming part of the traditional mattress construction.

Burgess Heritage Ivory ticking
Finished with Burgess Heritage Ivory ticking, made from a soft-touch fabric with chemical-free flame retardancy.

Three rows of hand side stitching
The borders feature three rows of genuine hand side stitching, strengthening the edges and providing a traditional hand-finished appearance.

Hand tufted with rosebud tufts
The mattress is traditionally hand tufted with rosebud tufts, helping to secure the upholstery layers and maintain the shape of the mattress.

Reinforced flag-stitched handles
Strong flag-stitched handles are fitted to the sides to assist with turning and handling the mattress.

Medium or firm tension
